Exchange & Store Credit Policy

 

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Returns for Store Credit

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in exchange for a store credit under the following conditions:

 

  1.  Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.                      
  2.  All items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  3.  A copy of your proof of payment (receipt or order confirmation) must be included.
  4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. 

 

                         Receiving and Using Store Credit

Once your return is inspected and accepted:

  • Credit Value: You will be issued a store credit equivalent to the item's current selling price at the time the return is processed. (Note: This amount may be less than your original purchase price.)
  • Validity: The store credit is valid for 30 days from the date the return is processed and issued to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every item, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • Reporting Damage: You must email us photographic proof of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation time.


  • Resolution: Damaged items do not need to be returned. Upon validating the claim, we will issue a store credit for the item's current selling price which is valid for 30 days from the time of resolution.
